Chipotle Chilis eingelegt in Adobo Sauce sind ein Muss für die mexikanische Küche. Chipotle Chilis sind geräucherte Jalapeno Chilis, die somit ein angenehmes Räucheraroma erhalten und Wasser verlieren. Die Konsistenz gleicht der von in Öl eingelegten Tomaten und man kann sie auch ähnlich verwenden. Diese typisch mexikanische Spezialität ist sehr würzig im Geschmack.

Das aufgedruckte Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum bezieht sich auf das ungeöffnete Produkt bei ungekühlter Lagerung. Nach dem Öffnen ist das Produkt bei einer Lagerung unter 7 Grad mindestens 2 Wochen haltbar.
