Ashoka Vindaloo Paste ist eine indische Gewürzpaste für ein typisch indisches Vindaloo-Curry.

Ursprünglich ist Vindaloo ein scharfes Curry-Gericht aus Goa, das eine Mischung aus portugiesischen und indischen Koch-Traditionen ist - indische Gewürze und ganz portugiesisch mit einer Menge Knoblauch und Schweinefleisch. Demnach wird es häufig mit Schweinefleisch, aber auch mit Hühnchen gekocht.

Die Zubereitung ist ganz leicht: Einfach zum Fleisch und dem Gemüse dazugeben, kurz anbraten, dann etwas Wasser oder Kokosmilch dazu geben, köcheln lassen bis alles gar ist. Fertig.
