Frische Trinidad Scorpion Moruga Yellow Chilis, erntefrisch, knackig und, extrem scharf.

Frisch geerntete, sonnenverwöhnte Chilis aus eigenem Anbau - gewachsen ganz in der Nähe zu unserem Firmenstandort in der Pfalz, auch genannt die Toskana Deutschlands.

Die gelbe Trinidad Scorpion Moruga Chili vereint einen karibisch-fruchtigen Geschmack mit einer intensiven Schärfe. Die Schärfe lässt sich etwas Zeit, um dann aber mit voller Kraft wie ein Skorpion zuzustechen.

Durch ihr fruchtiges Aroma sind sie ideal zum Verschärfen von Currys, Eintöpfen, hellem Fleisch, Fisch und exotischen Gerichten. Wer die Schärfe aushält, kann die Schoten auch zum Füllen verwenden. Allerdings ist Vorsicht bei der Verwendung geboten, und man sollte immer Handschuhe tragen beim Verarbeiten.

Haltbarkeit/Aufbewahrung

Lagerung unter 7 °C empfohlen. Chilis müssen luftig und trocken gelagert werden.

Unser Tipp: Aufgrund der extremen Schärfe sollten beim Verarbeiten Einweghandschuhe getragen werden. Von Kindern und Nicht-Scharfessern fernhalten.
