Patak`s Rogan Josh Paste enthält eine authentische Mischung aus aromatischen indischen Gewürzen wie Paprika, Fenchel, Koriander und Nelken für ein wunderbar ausgewogenes Rogan Josh-Curry.

Rogan Josh stammt aus der Region Kashmir und ist ein beliebtes, würziges Lamm-Curry.

Die Zubereitung ist ganz leicht: Einfach zum Fleisch und dem Gemüse dazugeben, kurz anbraten, dann etwas Wasser oder Kokosmilch dazu geben, köcheln lassen bis alles gar ist. Fertig.

Pur hat diese Paste die Schärfe 2-3, aber man verdünnt sie im Gericht mit Kokosmilch, Joghurt oder Wasser, die Gerichte haben dann nur eine milde Schärfe. Die Paste ist sehr ergiebig, für ein Gericht für 2 Personen braucht man nur ca. 2-3 TL.
