Hikari White Savoury Miso ist eine japanische Sojabohnenpaste für Misosuppen. Dieses weiße Miso zeichnet sich durch ein weiches Mundgefühl und ein delikates Aroma aus. Es ist reich an Umami und dennoch mild im Geschmack. Probieren Sie es in Dressings, Soßen, Marinaden und mehr.

Eine der bekanntesten Miso-Varianten in Japan mit einem großen Anteil an Sojabohnen und Reis. Diese Sorte hat einen leicht süßlichen Geschmack, der durch eine kürzere Fermentationsperiode entsteht.
