Frische aromatische BIO Aji Pineapple - erntefrisch, knackig und fruchtig

Frisch geerntete, sonnenverwöhnte Chilis aus eigenem Anbau - gewachsen ganz in der Nähe zu unserem Firmenstandort in der Pfalz, auch genannt die Toskana Deutschlands.

Die Aji Pineapple Chili stammt ursprünglich aus Südamerika und wird dort wegen ihrer zitronengelben Farbe und des fruchtigen Geschmacks. Ihr Aroma erinnert an den Geschmack von Ananas, wobei hier die Schärfe feurig-fruchtig auf der Zunge tanzt ohne diese zu verbrennen.

Die Aji Pineapple eignet sich ideal um exotischen Gerichte oder Fisch und hellem Fleisch eine scharfe Würze zu geben.

Haltbarkeit/Aufbewahrung

Lagerung unter 7 °C empfohlen. Chilis müssen luftig und trocken gelagert werden.
