Frische aromatische BIO Lemon Drop - erntefrisch und knackig

Frisch geerntete, sonnenverwöhnte Chilis aus eigenem Anbau - gewachsen ganz in der Nähe zu unserem Firmenstandort in der Pfalz, auch genannt die Toskana Deutschlands.

Die ursprünglich aus Südamerika stammende Lemon Drop Chili zählt in Ihrer Heimat zu den bekanntesten. Sie wird dort auch Aji Limón oder Hot Lemon genannt, da sie in einem leuchtenden Gelb ausreift und den intensiven Duft von Zitrusfrüchten verströmt.

In Südamerika würzt man mit der Lemon Drop Chili Salsas und Saucen, sowie das dort traditionell verzehrte Cuy (gebratenes Meerschweinchen). Doch die Möglichkeiten gehen so viel weiter, geben Sie Ihrem Salat einen Schärfe-Kick oder hellem Fleisch eine intensive Würze, die Phantasie kennt keine Grenzen.

Haltbarkeit/Aufbewahrung

Lagerung unter 7 °C empfohlen. Chilis müssen luftig und trocken gelagert werden.
