Frische aromatische rote BIO Serrano Chilis - erntefrisch, knackig und scharf.

Frisch geerntete, sonnenverwöhnte Chilis aus eigenem Anbau - gewachsen ganz in der Nähe zu unserem Firmenstandort in der Pfalz, auch genannt die Toskana Deutschlands.

Die frischen Bio Serrano Chilis sind relativ dickfleischig und entwickeln im reifen Zustand eine angenehme Süße, zusammen mit ihrer mittleren Schärfe. Aus diesem Grund eignen sie sich hervorragend zum frischen Verzehr, zum Aufpeppen von Salaten oder Salsas. Obwohl die reifen roten Früchte einen deutlich aromatischeren und süßeren Geschmack haben, werden die Serranos in Mexiko fast nur grün gegessen.

Ihrer Fantasie sind hier keine Grenzen gesetzt, denn die Serrano kann in Ihren Speisen vielfältig und kreativ eingesetzt werden.
Zum Beispiel zusammen mit Tomaten als Grundlage für die berühmte mexikanische Salsa Pico de Gallo.

Haltbarkeit/Aufbewahrung

Lagerung unter 7 °C empfohlen. Chilis müssen luftig und trocken gelagert werden.

Einweghandschuhe getragen werden. Von Kindern und Nicht-Scharfessern
fernhalten.
